What our clients love about our online products is knowing that we are only a phone call away. Not only for them, but for all of their users no matter where they are all around the world. As we continue to focus on our clients this year we have seen further growth into the United Kingdom and Africa.
As a result we have opened an office up in the UK and continue to expand our interests in the region. Our future goals are to continue to develop strong relationships with all of our clients, to understand their needs and to deliver to them great solutions using the latest technology. By doing this we believe we will continue to see sustained growth in challenging global market conditions.
Our products are in use in over 200 companies, including more than 80 blue chip companies. We have been in operation since 2001 and are a privately owned family business, serving clients throughout Australia and internationally. Through focusing on our clients needs we have managed to develop award-winning products such as Rapid Induct, Rapid Incident Reporting, Rapid Access Systems, Rapid Contractor Management, Tourism, Specialised Software and Hazard Management.
While developing software has been a core strength, the rapid growth of the company in the last few years has come about through a dedicated focus on customer service. We recognised that developing great software was important, but equally important was assisting the client to ensure that software was functional and performing well for many years to come.
