Project Co-ordinator – WHS Software Systems

Location: Adelaide

Join our successful, professional and supportive Client Services Projects Team and learn more about the Technology and Safety sectors!

The main accountabilities of this role include the following and not limited to:

  • Being a Subject Matter Expert on various core systems – with the priority being our Rapid Incident Reporting System
  • The co-ordination and implementation of several clients’ software projects
  • Conducting online training to our clients’ system administrators
  • Configuring clients’ systems
  • Facilitating internal and client meetings/training
  • Testing system applications

Key Selection Criteria

  • PROVEN customer service/client relationship management experience – corporate client experience essential
  • Have a natural technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Min of 3 year’s experience in a similar customer service role
  • VERY GOOD understanding of Work, Health and Safety Principles
  • Demonstrated ability to taking an innovative approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple tasks/projects effectively, efficiently and simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well developed presentation skills with the confidence to train clients on our software – online and face to face
  • Ability to work independently whilst also working as part of a larger team
  • An intermediate level of computer literacy, an interest in Workplace Safety and Technology
  • Must be flexible to work within core business hours of 8:00-5:30 Mon-Fri

Qualifications – Desirable:

  • Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Workplace, Health and Safety and/or
  • Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Project Management

  • Be a good listener, with the ability to understand requirements and offer applicable solutions
  • Possess highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Be confident in dealing with clients, presenting in person and online, to a variety of audiences
  • The ability to influence others

The successful applicant for this challenging role will be required to:

  • Make contact with prospective clients and conduct online and face to face demonstrations of our systems
  • Develop new markets and products as required
  • Travel nationally as required
  • Keep up to date with our company’s changing system enhancements
