THE CHALLENGE
Kalari were using PowerPoint and face-to-face methods which included a paper based questionnaire for their driver inductions. The process gave people the potential to evade the system as they could give out the answers to one another. The administration process required all inductions to be manually marked by OHS staff then manually entered into an Excel database and filed away.
THE SOLUTION
Kalari now provide drivers with a choice of completing their induction on site or at home before they arrive using Rapid Induct. The online induction system is used to present audio and video-based training as well as standard course pages. All paperwork has now been eliminated and replaced by the automatic reporting capabilities of Rapid Induct.
