Location: Adelaide

We are looking for an experienced implementation coordinator to join our Client Services Team.

This role is mainly responsible for implementing our software for clients and providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • proven experience in project coordination (experience in implementing software is highly advantageous)
  • strong experience client services, dealing with clients and key stakeholders both online and face to face
  • excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • knowledge or qualification in Work Health and Safety is an advantage
