How to resend an induction key
When to Resend an Induction Key:
- If a worker has lost the original email sent to complete their course(s)
- If an Induction Key is to be resent to an alternative email address
- If a worker has not received their Induction Key
- If the worker cannot be found in the ‘Inductee Records’ tab (this only occurs if an induction has not started)
Step 1. Go to my.rapidglobal.com
Step 2. Enter your email address or mobile number previously used to register with MyRapid, and your MyRapid password previously created.
Step 3. Click on Rapid Contractor and click on the relevant client.
Step 4. Click on the ‘Resend Induction key’ tab on the left side of screen.
Step 5. Once in the ‘Resend Induction Key’ tab, you will see a blue ‘issue’ button from which you can resend an induction key to a worker. To make it easier to find a worker you can scroll and find an inductee or use the name search to find the inductee’s name.
