Upload documents on behalf of an inductee
Step 1. Log in as an administrator as per normal
Step 2. Click on the green ‘Inductees’ tab up the top
Step 3. Select ‘Trainee’ from the drop-down list
Step 4. Search for the trainee’s name within the ‘Trainee Details’ field, then click on their name once found
Step 5. This will open up the ‘Trainee Details’ page. From here, scroll to the bottom and select the ‘Documents’ tab
Step 6. To the right-hand side of the box that opened below, you should see a button that says ‘Send A Request’
Step 7. Press this, then tick the document type(s) you wish to upload and untick ‘Send Notification’ at the bottom of the pop-up. Then press ‘Send’.
Step 8. This will have created a new document type with the status ‘Pending’. Click on this document type and click ‘upload’ to upload the document
Otherwise, if you are the administrator for a contracting company so your portal looks different to this, then you can upload inductee documents as a contractor company admin instead.
