Upload my company documents

Step 1: Log in to your MyRapid account

Step 2: Click on ‘Rapid Contractor’ and the tile associated with the client you need to upload documents for

Step 3: Click ‘Insurance Documents’ to upload a main insurance (i.e. a Public Liability, Workcover Registration, Personal Injury or Professional Indemnity), or select ‘Other Documents’ for any other type of document.

Choose ‘SWMS/JSAs’ to upload a Safe Work Method Statement or Job Safety Analysis.

Step 4: Select the relevant document and enter the details as asked for on the page.

Step 5: Click the confirmation button at the bottom right-hand side of the page to upload and save the new document
