Rapid Global started as an idea back in 2001. There was a simple need for people to be inducted and trained more effectively, as it was all being done manually at the time. The founders Tim and Paula Johnson took the bold step of creating an online solution, and through patient perseverance, the company began to take form.
Since then, we have been growing our Rapid Global brand through our unique solutions, culture, and customer relationships. We are proud that we can work across all industries and of what we have achieved so far.
Working closely with our clients, we were able to identify their needs and innovate more products to solve their challenges. We launched Australia’s first customisable online system, Rapid Induct, which set us apart from other companies.
We are now one of the world’s expert voices in outsourced workforce compliance and management solutions. Today, our products are in use in over 1000+ organisations, including more than 200+ blue chip companies, who are looking to optimise their workforce compliance processes.
