Frequently asked questions
Contractors, employees and visitors enrolled in Rapid Induct and Rapid Contractor Management are synced to Rapid Aware to form the database of profiles for ID and compliance checks. Similarly, vehicle information is synced from Rapid’s contractor management’s transport module. Aware checks people and vehicle compliance in real-time, as defined in each respective module. Lastly, Rapid Aware syncs check-in statuses from Rapid Access, in those cases where workers are still allowed to sign in using the mobile apps and QR codes.
Rapid Aware seamlessly integrates with your existing IP and LPR cameras (subject to their placement, the site layout and the detection requirements). For camera integration, a dedicated server is necessary, while our check-in kiosk solution requires only an iPad running the iOS Doorkeeper application. Additional hardware is required for checks such as temperature and BAC, and for access control.
We have dedicated installation partners to install the hardware, however we can work your preferred installation partner too. All training and onboarding is handled by a dedicated Project Co-ordinator. This individual will ensure the solution is set up to capture all the insights you need.

We measure AI accuracy in two ways: by assessing AI algorithms on a test dataset and by measuring the performance of AI-powered systems in real-world scenarios. We ensure that our AI solutions adhere to the highest accuracy standards according to industry benchmarks.

Our ML algorithms are developed in-house and constantly improved. We release updates to our recognition models regularly – this is unique in the industry, as typically you buy a frozen model with no easy way to upgrade.
