How to assign a corrective action

This Quick Reference Guide covers the steps to add progress notes to an incident and close a corrective action.

  • Sign in to your Incident Reporting package by going to MyRapid and clicking on ‘Rapid Incident’
  • Select the ‘Corrective Actions’ tab
  • Use the search fields to search by date, location or keyword
  • Click on the incident name and/or on the ‘awaiting assignment’ or ‘corrective actions’ button to perform the associated action.
