Forgotten MyRapid password

If you’ve forgotten your MyRapid password, don’t stress – it happens! 

To reset your password, go to my.rapidglobal.com, and click ‘Forgot/Reset MyRapid password?’, then enter your email address or mobile number associated with your account. This will send you a six-digit security code which you can add on the next screen to reset your password.

Note – Code is valid for 24 hours. Check Junk/Spam folders if the code doesn’t land in your inbox. A strong password is required. Password must be minimum 10 characters long, include upper and lower case letters, 1 or more numbers (no common patterns e.g. 123) & special characters.
