Add a company package to my profile
Need to add a company package to your profile in the MyRapid Portal?
If you know that you already have an account with the client who’s profile you need to see in your MyRapid package, then it is most likely that someone else or a different email address is listed as the administrator for that account.
Try logging out (by clicking ‘Sign Out’ in the top right-hand corner within the drop-down list next to your name) and then signing in using a different email address.
If this doesn’t work, then contact your company’s main administrator for your account and ask them to add you as an additional administrator. If that person has left or you are unable to contact them for some reason, please email email@example.com with your company’s name and ABN, as well as the client you are contracted to, in order to gain further assistance.
