Add an induction key into existing MyRapid Account

You may need to login to your MyRapid account to complete an induction for your client company. This page will detail how to login and add your induction key to an existing account.

Step 1. Go to

Step 2. Enter your email address or mobile number previously used to register with MyRapid, and your MyRapid password previously created.

Step 3: If you are shown the below screen, select that you want to sign in as a ‘Trainee/Worker’.

Step 4: Next, select ‘Add an Induction Key’.

Step 5: Enter your induction key & last name, then click ‘Add’.
Note: Induction Key must be in capital letters.

Step 6: Click on the tile which displays your Induction Key. This will take you to your Training Dashboard.
